After the success of the first edition entitled "Journées de Probabilités et Statistique de Marrakech (jpsm2011)" held in Marrakesh during December 15-17, 2011, we are proud to announce the second edition entitled " Marrakesh International Conference on Probability and Statistics (MICPS-2013)". This edition will be organized by Information Technology and Modeling Laboratory of ENSAM in collaboration with the laboratories LIBMA of FSSM and LMSAFA of FSTG, Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakesh, Morocco during December 17-20, 2013.
The main topics of the conference are:

•     Stochastic Analysis
•     Malliavin Calculus
•     White Noise Theory
•     Epidemiology and Biostatistics
•     Parametric and Non-Parametric Statistics
•     Data Analysis
•     Functional statistics

The main objective of MICPS-2013 is to promote interdisciplinary research. A feature of the proposed conference is that we plan to bring together nationally and internationally recognized researchers from many fields including Probability, Statistics, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

Another important objective of the conference is to groom young researchers by providing them an opportunity to interact with established researchers in their respective fields, and exchange and share their experiences and research results.

At the local level, the conference will provide an opportunity to members of Marrakesh probability and statistics group to interact with other researchers from all over the world.
